It is an enchanting and beautiful property located in Lucca Historical Center district so close to beautiful Lucca. Very welcoming and pleasant people are working.

The continental breakfast was particularly nice, offering lots of meals. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant.- The B&B has a central location near a residential and quiet area.

The suite was well-organized and had plenty of space for storage 🔒.

Amazing! The hostess is very good (left a personal note for us for we arrived late). The villa is beautiful, the location is perfect (10min walk to the old center of Lucca), rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable, and free parking and wifi. They have 6 rooms and it's a very cosy nice place. And breakfast is great. Everything is perfect, and for such a great prize as well.

Whenever we're in the area, we choose to stay at this place. It's seriously stunning, feels super clean, and the staff is so welcoming and nice. The rooms are spacious and have a nice little balcony to enjoy. 🌟

Hospitality very warm, location good for proximity to old city if you do not want to stay inside city walls (usually at a premium) - 15 minute walk to city center. Ample desk space and storage, good mattress, clean bathroom, good breakfast. Value great.

In October, heat was on sunset to dawn; heat should be kept on until after 8AM when one could use a bit more warmth while bathing and dressing.

This attractive old hotel is ideally situated just outside the old walls of Lucca - about 5 minutes walk from the old town. Because we arrived after 7pm the key had been efficiently left for us in an envelope on the front door. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the carpark. Fortunately there was also a balcony outside the very small breakfast room with a couple of tables where one can eat. A real bonus was a car parking space. The owner was helpful and multi-lingual and the hotel was good value for money when comparing with other similar hotels. There is a small discount for paying cash.

Although a key for the back door and bedroom had been kindly left for us we had considerable difficulty opening the doors! We were disappointed not to have hot water for our shower. The indoor breakfast room was very small and cramped and coffee machine very slow. Quite difficult to find if you don't know Lucca. A sat nav is v useful!

The rooms here are spacious and recently renovated, complete with a balcony, coffee maker, and good-sized bathrooms.

I loved being in this place. The place was clean, I booked the king room with garden views, everything was spotless. A marvellous continental breakfast was a plus. All the staff was wonderful and lovely, resolved my issues. The location offered was marvellous and brilliant near the city wall.

Location is the best because the hotel is just a stone throw away from one of the gate to the "old city". The hotel staff is very helpful, warm and friendly.

The staff were very friendly, it was very well priced and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, and in a beautiful picturesque area of Lucca.

It was a disaster to get to, we had to ask a lovely gentleman at the servo to show us! The map was not accurate, and there were many streets with the sme name. We would never have found it had we not had someone to show us.
